We used Naperville Luxury Limousine for my wedding in September and we are very pleased with the service! We rented two sprinter vans (15 passengers capacity/bus) for the bride and groom's group. Both sprinter were to pick us up at different times and not only did they show up early to our pick up spot, they arrived at the church on time (you can imagine we were stressing about time throughout the morning). We also rented a 30+ passenger party bus for the evening and had a great time! The driver made a stop for us to pick up some things we forgot to pack and drove us around for two hours. I also appreciated their prompt responses to all of my emails (seemingly at any hour of the day).Afterwards, my wife and I spoke about renting the party bus for a future event as well. We had a great experience and have zero complaints.

Recently I worked with Michael at Naperville Luxury Limousine to provide shuttle service from the hotel to the reception venue before, during and after my son's wedding. Once again, I am extremely happy with the service we received. Obviously, this is a big day and you don't want anything to go wrong and I am pleased to report it could not have run more smoothly. Our driver, Phillip, made every guest feel like a VIP and the 20 minute ride was comfortable and fun! He played music and the group felt like the shuttle was an extension of the wedding. What more could you ask? Communication was excellent and Phillip was at each departure point on time at each timeslot we requested the entire afternoon and evening. I highly recommend Naperville Luxury Limousine!
